Full Consulting Session
My passion is to assist and support people in their healing journey. I have used and studied several modalities myself and I would love to share the information with others, so that they may find ways that best work for them in their journey. Most of the information I use is from my book "Let Me Break It Down for You", where I spent 14 months researching energy and frequencies and found some pretty unbelievable information. I look forward to sharing it with you and supporting you in any way that I can.
Usui Reiki was discovered by Mikao Usui in 1922. and came to the U.S. through Hawaii in the 1940's. However, similar techniques have been practiced for thousands of years. It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is done by a very non-invasive light touch or even no touch along the body. A master must attune one to these energies which are available for anyone to channel. Reiki breaks down to Rei, which means "Universal", and Ki, which means "Life Energy". Other cultures call it Chi or Prana, and our science calls it a biofield of energy. Reiki is a special kind of Ki that is guided by spiritual consciousness and can be described as spiritually guided life energy.
Distant Reiki works because we are all connected and energy can travel anywhere. It is mostly the power of intention that reaches the distance and can produce mystical results. Quantum Mechanics has pretty much proven why distant healing works, and there have been so many documented cases that reflect the same.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) & TMJ Release
"The Craniosacral System or Craniosacral Mechanism is the most important function of the human body. It contains the highest known element to man, Cerebro-Spinal Fluid (CSF). The craniosacral system is comprised of the cranium, sacrum, spine, and CSF. CSF is produced in the choroid plexus of the brain and is the fluid that is the driving force, the hydraulic system, the energetic system of the body. Without this fluid’s mechanics, life would not be possible.
Craniosacral Therapy is done by a very non-invasive placement of hands on any part of the patient's body (usually the head) to perceive and influence this important mechanism.
This mechanism was discovered by Dr. William Sutherland, and he called this system the Primary Respiratory Mechanism – CSF; and is the engine's oil. It is responsible for maintaining the function of your body. It expresses itself through every cell of the body, influencing all body functions."*
TMJ Release can be added at no extra charge to the session. This is a bit more invasive, as I have to enter your mouth (with non-latex gloves) and lightly adjust the jaw, and massage cheek muscles.

Somatic Trauma Release
Somatic just means; "of or relating to the living body". When we have a thought, a frequency is sent through our body to identify, react, and process. Most stress thoughts will set the body into a "fight-or-flight" and spike the adrenal system, which can cause adrenal fatigue amongst many other ailments. When energies get trapped in our body and are not processed and worked through, the physical body will hold onto those energies; ultimately manifesting into sickness and dis-ease.
Our body is also obviously affected by physical trauma such as accidents and injuries. Sometimes, our body will also hold onto the emotion that was associated with that event so the physical pain has a harder time exiting the body. With Somatic Trauma release, we can get the body to let go of any lingering residuals of trauma, both emotional and physical. Sometimes these sessions can bring up a lot of intense emotions so it is important to schedule accordingly. A Bach Flower Remedy is included in this service to help you move through any emotions that may be overwhelming.

"Dr. Edward Bach was born more than 135 years ago and he left this amazing system in our hands at his death in 1936. Dr. Bach discovered that flowers in nature have the ability to affect our emotions positively. The energies from different flowers can remove our emotional pains and suffering, which over time harm our health and impair healing. He made sure that when he died in 1936 that his original Bach Flower system would be simple and easy for everyone to understand and use." *
